Ciao and deskbird are joining forces. Both companies aim to make the hybrid working experience as efficient as possible for customers, which is why they have decided to start a collaboration. Existing Ciao customers will be able to seamlessly transition to deskbird to take advantage of a state-of-the-art workplace management solution.

Who is Ciao

Ciao was a Dutch flexible workplace app founded during the pandemic. It helped companies manage their office capacity through desk booking. Its most popular features are desk booking, room booking, and travel allowance, a feature that created monthly office presence reports. Like deskbird, they wanted to give employees the flexibility to work from wherever they want and the opportunity to enjoy great experiences in the office by connecting with colleagues in person.

Partnering with deskbird

Ciao disconnected their application on April 1st, 2023 and will not develop any new features, integrations or custom developments. deskbird, however, is ready and looking forward to connecting with new customers, and discussing individual needs companies may have. deskbird is one of the fastest-growing SaaS startups in Europe and continuously working on supporting hybrid companies. deskbird’s core modules include desk booking, room booking, week planning, (workforce) analytics, and an admin portal. Booking shared desks and meeting rooms, syncing with calendars, scheduling one’s week, and monitoring office utilization have never been easier.
